Please be aware that upcycled pieces of furniture have been loved before and will likely have evidence of this in the shape of patina and other marks. These should add and not detract from the character of the piece. However, if you have concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss them.
Despite the best efforts of many people, we feel that individuals are not able to make the big repairs our beautiful planet needs. However, we can all do our best to care for our world and we believe that upcycling furniture is a good way of reducing waste. We aim to refresh and renew previously loved items that either you supply or we source.
We try to ensure that the new materials we use impact our environment as little as possible. Our aim is to source water-based varnishes, paints and sealants and timber products from sustainable sources.
If you have any suggestions on how we can do this better, we'd love to hear them!
Unfortunately we don't, but if you would like to view a specific item, please contact us and we can arrange for you to visit our premises in Liphook, Hampshire.

We sell our Kids Scaffold Beds in kit form, with clear and simple instructions for safe assembly. We supply the correct size Allen Key and a small magnetic spirit level as part of the kit.
Assembly should be undertaken by at least two adults. We recommend wearing sturdy footwear when assembling the bed kit.
All bolts and fastenings should be checked for tightness and the frame checked for squareness before a mattress and other bedding is added and the bed slept in.
Care should be taken to protect the floor during assembly. Do not leave any scaffold poles unsupported during assembly as these are heavy and can hurt people or damage walls, floors etc.
We will only sell or Kids scaffold beds for use by children aged 10 and over. We will ask you for an undertaking that you will not use your Scaffold Bed for a child under the age of ten. Any such use will be your responsibility. The height of our Kids Scaffold Beds is around the same as the upper bunk of a normal commercially available bunk bed.
Our scaffold beds, while strong, are not designed for adults. Any such use will be your responsibility.
We do not supply mattresses or bedding.
Yes we can. If your pre-teen suddenly seems to grow 6 inches overnight, you can purchase replacement components that will increase the length of your Kids Scaffold bed. All you will need to supply is the dimensions of the new extended mattress and we will make it happen.
